Artistry Spaces is a proudly woman owned & operated design & renovation consultation company serving the South Charlotte, NC/SC area located in Wesley Chapel, NC.  Our owner, Shannon, has loved houses and bold design for as long as she can remember. Our passion is to bring breathtaking excitement into our customer's spaces while making the design and selection process as seamless as possible. Due to a persistent case of tennis elbow, Shannon is no longer able to offer construction services but is still able to offer design work and color consultations for your upcoming projects! 

Shannon's college studies lead her to some early hospitality management and business jobs and she eventually got her MBA and even became a Certified Sommelier while teaching at the prestigious 'Le Cordon Bleu' Culinary School in Pittsburgh, PA.  She never forgot about her love of houses, and dabbled in real estate investing in her twenties and began 'flipping' multi-unit rentals and single family homes.  She found herself working long hours in historic house after house and eventually shifted her career focus from the hospitality industry to these homes she loved full time.   

Shannon found she had a keen eye for design and began designing projects for a few contractors who didn't want to deal with the design end of things.  Through some connections there, she eventually started doing whole house renovations for a real estate investment firm.  She also found she loved doing tile, trim, painting, and almost anything she can get her hands on in a home so she started doing a lot of the renovations on her own and has been doing that now for nearly 20 years before the physical side has now 'forced' her to shift her focus to the design end of things.   

Shannon has lived in the Carolinas since January 2017 and currently resides in Wesley Chapel, NC with her husband, Bill and his 2 children and their 4 animals.  She continues to work hands on in and on houses as a designer and consultant pursuing her passion every day.
