- How do I get started?

Just take the next small step! You can complete our contact form on the 'Contact Us' page or email us at info@artistryspaces.com. Please give a little background on what room(s) you are looking to transform and add in some info about your project. We will generally get back to you within 24 hours to talk more!
- Where are you located?

We are based in Wesley Chapel, NC in South Charlotte. We prefer projects in the greater S. Charlotte NC/SC area about 20 minutes or less from Wesley Chapel but are open to projects outside that area if you are extra nice or have a great project that piques our interest :)
- What is the timeframe?

From the time we hear from you we can generally get you scheduled for a virtual or in-home appointment or call within 3-5 days. Design work/color consultations/estimating can sometimes happen on site but can take up to 2 weeks depending on our schedule and the complexity of our project. Once you decide to move forward, we are generally no more than 4 weeks out get get you scheduled. Project timelines run anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks! This will be outlined for you at the same time as your estimate so you will know this all in advance.
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept check, cash, zelle and major credit cards. We typically charge per project rather than by costly (and ambiquous) hourly fees so you can can budget properly! We typically do a small hold for design work and do 1/2 down and half + materials upon complettion.
