INITIAL CONSULTATION: We spend some time getting to know you and what you have in mind for your space. This consultation sometimes happens on the phone or in person depending on the scope of work. This consultation is complementary as we appreciate the opportunity to earn your business & want you to feel confident if moving forward with us.
IMAGINING PHASE: We take everything you told us and come up with a concept or concepts for you space. This generally takes about a week to ten days.
PRESENTATION & PRICING: This is the fun part where we share our ideas with you and decide on the overall vision and pricing for the room. The pricing willl usually be 'all - inclusive' (renovations and standard decor items, if already chosen, inluded). That way you don't have to worry about add-ons or extras unless you choose to do upgrades or something totally unexpected like a rotted floor comes up (we will keep our fingers crossed for you this doesn't happen :) )
'Step 1 - Concept' takes approximately 1-2 weeks in total and is essential for creating a truly unique and personalized space!
Note for PAINTING ONLY projects: We usually complete the estimate and color consultationand can get you scheduled at the initial visit.
PLANNING & ORDERING: Once we have agreed on the project and pricing, we start to bring it all together for you! Materials are ordered and delivered or brought on site. Anyone else who will be working on the project is scheduled and the timeline is created.
PROJECT START: When the project starts we will set up our materials where discussed and get to work! We usually us a parking spot in the garage or a space in your home that is near the work side.
PROJECT PHASES: Most projects happen in phases but often the order changes depending on the scope of work. Demolition (when needed), Prepping, Painting, Trimwork, Tilework, etc, depending on your job scope, will all be completed in the order that makes the most sense and keeps your project moving as smoothly as possible.
The time frame for this phase varies, based on your project. We try to be 'in your way' as lttle as possible and clean up the job site every day before heading out.
STYLING & DECOR SETUP: Any decorative items, such as pictures or plants are set up in their ideal locations to complete the overall look!
QUALTIY CHECKS: Although the quality is monitored along the way, we do a final walk-thorugh with you to formally introduce you to your new space and make your you are fully satisfied.
SERVICE & REFERALS : We are here for you as you start to use your space and all labor is warrantied for 1 year. If you have any questions or concerns, simply reach out!
We also appreciate your referrals so much and will send you a $50 gift card for any customer you send us for a full room refresh or reonvation or a $25 for any painting project that moves forward with us..
